WHAT IS MEDITATION?
Meditation is a practice that has been used throughout the centuries to travel deep into ones self. Allowing a person to connect with Self and Spirit, while quieting the mind. There are many different forms of meditation. The meditation practices taught by Beth are Mindful Meditation, and Heart Mediation.
Mindful Meditation slows and quiets the mind. Allowing an individual to be present to all things around them without the repetitive activity tacking over in their mind. This meditation practice is good for someone who is just starting their journey into meditation, as well as those who are experienced.
At times, we can feel overwhelmed in a situation or moment. This is a perfect time to utilize Mindful Meditation. Or, if you would just like to balance and ground, five minutes of Mindful Meditation can help you achieve that.
Sacred Heart Meditation is a deep meditation used to awaken the connection between the mind, body and universe. It is suggested Mindful Meditation is practiced prior to Heart Mediation as it is more advanced. Heart Mediation should be practiced 45 – 60 minutes daily. This is for people looking to connect deeply within themselves, and continue to heal and grow on their journey. It deepens the awareness of self, helps to bring up unresolved issues in order for them to be acknowledge, healed and released. Making room for growth and awakening.

Heart Centered Meditation sessions are 60 min.
Guided Heart Center Meditation is a deep meditation where the student connects to heart and spirit. This allows them to go into a deep meditation completely quieting the mind and sitting in the moment. Profound connections and messages are received during Heart Center Meditation. Due to the nature of the meditation and the self realizations that occur, a short Spiritual Coaching session is provided after each meditation.
